Join us on Saturday, March 7th, for our next Pilates gathering. The sweetest morning of Praise + Pilates + Picnic surrounded by an incredible community of women who love Jesus 💕
This experience was created to strengthen not just our bodies, but our hearts and minds in Christ. Whether you come alone or with friends, you’ll be welcomed into a peaceful, joy-filled space designed to help you slow down, move your body, and connect on a deeper level.
Your morning will include:
🎶 A beautiful acoustic worship set to begin the day
🧘🏼♀️ A 30-minute scripture-based Mat Pilates class led by Bekah from @sunkissedandstrong
📖 Small group Bible study + connection time
🧺 Time to relax and enjoy the picnic atmosphere together afterward
✨ We’ll also have additional picnic vendors on site offering items like food, drinks, and other goodies available for purchase. These vendor items are not included in the ticket price, but will be available for you to enjoy if you’d like 💕
You’ll leave feeling refreshed, encouraged, empowered, and reminded that you were created with purpose 🤍
Time: 9am-1pm (Please arrive before your scheduled class. Class will begin promptly)

- Select your workout time slot (9:15am, 10:30am, or 11:45am) There are 60 slots available per class.
- Mats will be provided! Don’t worry, sis, we got you!✨
- Bring your journals + Bible for our study breakout session!
- All experience levels are welcomed — beginner friendly!

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR
The anointed and incredible Bekah from Sunkissed & Strong will be leading the 3 Pilates classes. Bekah has built a community where women strengthen their bodies while keeping their hearts anchored in Christ. Her classes blend Pilates-inspired movement, uplifting encouragement, and scripture-based focus—so you leave refreshed, empowered, and reminded that YOU were created with purpose.
DRESS CODE
🌸 Pastels encouraged — think soft pinks, butter yellow, baby blue, lavender, gingham, and all your favorite spring picnic looks. Keep it comfy, feminine, and movement-friendly 💕
However, please wear what you feel most confident in. You'll look beautiful in anything you wear, Sis!
