This is more than just a Pilates class. We'll be gathering together to strengthen not just our bodies, but our hearts and minds in Christ. There will be a 30-minute Mat Pilates Class + time for small group Bible study breakout + a shopping experience at the incredible Thrift on 46.

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR

The anointed and incredible Bekah from Sunkissed & Strong will be leading the 3 Pilates classes. Bekah has built a community where women strengthen their bodies while keeping their hearts anchored in Christ. Her classes blend Pilates-inspired movement, uplifting encouragement, and scripture-based focus—so you leave refreshed, empowered, and reminded that YOU were created with purpose.

DRESS CODE

We encourage you to wear Pink! However, please wear what you feel most confident in. You'll look beautiful in anything you wear, Sis!
